Creating entrepreneurial lifelong learners involves recognizing that:
- Everyone learns differently
- Creativity and problem-solving are top priority
- Depth leads to breadth
- Intrinsic motivation matters a lot
Piggy-backing off of Jeffery's post with a similar title, I wanted to capture some of the other learnings I've had related to selling since I've realized I've not, until now organized some of the tenants that have been helpful for my successes.
I love this phrase, "We make the Path By Walking." It speaks to the opportunity in every challenge and gives one permission to be strong and vulnerable at the same time. (Thanks Brian McClarin, although I've not read your book.)
Product development is an art that leverages many sciences. I’ve experienced waterfall project management as well as various flavors of Agile and strongly have experienced the best results coming from Agile approaches.
While my professional experience leans heavily to working with others remotely, I have worked with a team in an open office as well. From my perspective, employing any of these office strategies comes down to more job function, the individual, and a modern company culture than it does picking one over the other.
